| I bought SaFire when I had no other means of transportation for under $2000 in 2002. She kept me on the road until 2006 with little to no further investments. Then she took a turn for the worse and I found myself parking her under my carport for 3 long years! In May of 2009 I decided to bite the bullet, had her towed to the garage and laid down the money to get her back on the road. Once again she is my only means of transportation and we are getting along nicely. She is all original at this point but as soon as I get the money I'm going to start her transformation begining with a light conversion kit to do away with the pop up head lights! |
