View Full Version : Possible new z06 rims and tires for my 91 opinions please

I'm looking at getting these rims and tires for my 91 Gauging interest Car isdark red/marroon with metal flakes will have 5" spoiler and the ram air hood also in next few months. Those that were at the last gtg at spring creek saw it and those that will be at tomorrows will see it also

i like the wheels but im not sure how they will look on a maroon color car. i think the wheels would look good on a 3rd gen though

In chrome....I think black wheels just look bad in all applications, no exceptions. To my eye it dampens the flash of the car and looks incomplete or temporary until something else is obtained.

I wanted those for a long time.. But I really didn't want to use adapters or spacers..
But they do look great..

the guy has some that bolt right on 3rd gens that need no adapters also I just like the stance and handleing when they are sticking out more not to mention you can slam a so much wider tire on them that way :evil

id put em on! id also wrap some michelin pilot sports around, or bf good g-force t/a kdw 2s! what ever you do i would suggest not getting a sidewall series less than 40. anything less you have the possibility of bending those awesome wheels.
