I will open it up for "F-body Business" on the 11th and 12th of June! I would like to see a lot of you make plans, come, and then have a good time. (This is my first attempt at anything like this so any help or ideas would be appreciated.)
Note: I need a definate list of who will come, who is pretty sure they will come, and who might come. I also need to know how many will come with you, so I can get enough supplies and "hire" enough help to get this thing going. I have already warned the neighbors. (They said it was okay with them! They were excited that we would have so many Fbodys here!) I do not know the situation on motels around here to where everyone could stay together (Family reunion times!). I will check again.
I will try to serve lunch around 1pm so it will give a lot of people time to drive up Saturday morning, be ready to eat, and then rest before doing something that night (There is the race track, a C/W club someone told me about, or just visit with one another around the fire with the BYOB's. If everyone wants to do something else, post it up.).

I am going to redo my list for a definate count next week and then start getting all the neccesities for all those that said they are coming to the GTG. I have a surprise for all that come. I just need a definate or really close count.
I am already thinking about trying to get a big cabin at a lake north of here for next year's GTG or I may have to do it up in the D/FW area so we can have more people going to it. This is a thought that I may try to coincide with "Walker Racing" and "North Texas F-bodys" and doing it every year and then build it up to a GTG, cook-out, and show!
Any imput?
