It always has...
We have lowered the car and it has decreased but looking at the back right fender over the wheel you can tell the difference.
What can we do to remedy this issue.

Little more information available in:
http://www.gmperformance.org/NTTGA/viewtopic.php?t=888

Since it is a Technical question I figure I would ask correctly under the correct section of the board.

I found Coil Spring spacers...
Think they would work?

you could use spacers but that would effect the handling of the car a bit if you just did one side... first thing you shoudl do is make sure it really is the frame being bent and not a spring being indexed incorrectly ( not saying you didn't know what you were doing when changing them) cause usually bent frames make the car look like it is driving diagonal and the like but to make it look higher on one side would mean the car had to fall or somthing... maybe a blown bushing? I dunno many options it could be... I'd get the moneyt o get the frame checked at a shop... and if it is the frame they should be able to put it back..

A professional Body Shop'er told me that if the car isn't acting strange or not wearing tires out then don't take it to a frame shop.
They could make things worse...
The car was leaning with the other springs in it.
So...I don't think that its the springs at all.

Hmmmm . . . when I first got the IROC it was leaning bad and it turned out to be a crappy stock end link on the front end.
The rubber bushing had rotted so I bought some new poly end links.
I installed them and it evened out the front end.

How much is it leaning?
I am thinking about making an aluminum spacer for the B4C if it's still leaning after the rear end swap.
As long as you do not go more then I think it would be OK.

Oh agree... You would need to see how much it leans...

I'll meassure it again...

By the way: The endlinks have been replaced front and back...
Thanks for all the suggestions...
I think a spacer will be needed...

I know this is kind an obvious thing to check out...but are you sure the springs were and are seated exactly in the upper pockets? I know I've had to fix a couple of people's thirdgens that did spring swaps and didn't get the springs seated correctly. Probably not your problem, but definitely something to check.

Did you check the spring isolators? They will make it lean a little bit. Also, I would have to agree with PMD Power, just have the frame checked. This could be a big issue later if you don't have it checked.

Ok you guys are basically saying I am a moron at putting in Springs!

You fail to realize that the car has always leaned...ALLOT

It is leaning by only about a half inch now so it is much better now...
But I am trying to perfect it so that is why I am asking...

Thanks for everyones input.
I was just messin with you guys on the first sentence.

Springs are fine lets move on to other things...

I failed to mention that there is evidence of the frame being bent do to damage to the passenger side back bumper.
It was coverd up with a new bumper...
So there...
Guess that'll help...

Honestly I think the lean is so minor now that we are just going to forget about this entire subject.

Thanks guys ...

ok i had a problem in a truck i used to own, as in i kinda hit a curb at about a 100 mile an hour(with 3 people in the back  ). well anyways after replacing the rims tires and endlink i noticed the truck leaned ever so slightly to the passenger side. it ended up be the front lower control arm got slightly bent in the "incident" . not sure if that could help ya any but ya never know what someone may have done in a 20 year old car.

I wasn't trying to say your a moron putting springs in... I just know how easy it is to get one wrong ( I am pretty sure everyone has done it once)

If the car was hit in the back make sure it's not the body that is bent, the thirds like to bend at the top of the rear wheel well, that seems to be a weak point in the body and could make the car look like it is leaning. Also check the rear bumper mounts and see if they are not bent. The right rear is the side that loads up with torque and it is possible that something is a miss (twisted)and if that IS the problem you could try an air-bag in the spring, like some dragsters do. Just some suggestions. :)
