It's expensive though...

Well maybe not...after you buy all that stuff to get going you end up spending quite a bit more...

I'll go back to my corner and be quiet...

The cost will be about $350. I have been watching this post since it started. At the rate that he is coming along, this should be finished and ready for sale in a few weeks.

It'd be the best Christmas present I've ever given myself!

And I've been such a good boy this year!!

Alright, anyone that is interested. Craig has started to sell these things and has pics and stuff up at http://www.moates.net

He also has a forum on his site that will let you submit ideas, ask questions, and all around bs. You can find that here: http://www.moates.net/phpforum/

I haven't seen the page to order them from yet, but I know he is busy implementing a way to get the feed from a WB02 to be able to scan that and the car at the same time.

As bad as I want one . . . I'm going to hold off for a few months.

Once these things are mass produced more bugs and quirks will arise.

March/April sounds like a good time to put in an order. 8)

With all the people that want one it will be a few months before he has any in stock,

So far no one has had any problems, I forgot how many he sent out, I read it once...somewhere. I think that April will allow ample time for him to update the firmwares and get one of those bad boys to me !

UPDATE:

I have talked to Craig about the lenght of time it would take to get one to me if I ordered it today. I am pleased to announce that it is down to to weeks. The price is $315 for everything you need to scan, burn chips, romulate, and stack bins for 16k computers using 32k chips.
