does anyone know if an 85-88 throttle body will fit and work properly on an 89-92 plenum.there is a hole on the early plenums that is not on the later ones.and with that being said does anyone have an 89-92 throttle body.for sale or trade?

I think that is a coolant passage, that really doesn't go anywhere. The coolant line was bypassed on your TB anyhow, so it should work fine with a newer plenum.

cool thanks.
and if anyone is looking for refrences on tpi(not what it does but actual photos and specs) there is a good page on the street and performance web page http://www.hotrodlane.cc/index.html
just click on the Choosing a T.P.I link on the left hand side

Thanks for the link. I am hoping to convert from the 165 to the 730 ECM in Jan or Feb. I have read the write up on TGO about the change but am always interested in any TPI spec stuff that might help out. If I can ever finish my house addition project :? . GTA parts are pileing up I just need time to install them. . I hope to get up to one of the Monthly meetings if I can get the car going.
